libbsd-arc4random-perl software package provides CPANs BSD::arc4random -- Perl bindings for arc4random, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbsd-arc4random-perl
libbsd-arc4random-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbsd-arc4random-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbsd-arc4random-perl *
You will get with libbsd-arc4random-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
